Weekend Moon in Taurus starts Friday November 15, 2013 and this Venus ruled Earth sign’s power will be intensified during the it’s Full Moon phase early Sunday morning.  As always with a “Full”, it is a good time to finish what you’ve started. With the grounded Taurus’ focus on security and the sensual, it makes sense to complete any money dealings and/or improvements to surroundings or self. Beauty and comfort, both financial and physical, is prime.

Later, on Sunday evening, the always moving Moon reaches busy Gemini. This Air sign pushes communication of all kinds. There will be urges to read, chat and tweet (probably all at the same time).

This month’s Full Moon is in the Fire sign of Aries on Friday October 18, 2013. During this Full phase, the Libra Sun is directly opposite and lights the Aries Moon. Rather than the more familiar crescent shape, the Moon is beautifully round. As it “wanes” on its way to the 3^rd and 4^th quarters, it’s a good time to finish up old projects, clean up messes that you have been staring at for the past few weeks. An Aries Moon is perfect for physical activity. So use the extra energy and get it done! By clearing out useless stuff, you create space for the “new” – ideas, things, spaces, people. However, this forceful sign, ruled by Mars, can be a little over the top sometimes. Don’t automatically use the flame thrower to weed out the old, think things through before throwing it out.

Then as the Venus ruled Taurus Moon arrives early Saturday morning, we have 2 days of practicality, resourcefulness, security mindedness along with leanings toward comfort and beauty. Diverse and all good.

An extra oomph, an extra buzz are just some of what we will experience as a result of the Aries Moon transit beginning on Friday morning 8/23/13. Aries, the first Fire sign of the Zodiac, ruled by planet Mars, can make us confrontational and hurried, so watch the combustion. Strive for the hammer in the velvet glove approach. May 18, 2012 could be a loving, luxurious Friday or a stubborn, determined one. When the Moon is in the Venus ruled, Fixed, Earth sign of Taurus, it’s all about sensuality, life’s beauty and pleasures, but it also brings forth the obstinate bull in us. The Second sign of the Zodiac, Taurus, has the Bull as its symbol. Perfect! The Sun moves into stubborn, steady, strong, security focused Taurus on Thursday April 19, 2012. However, since it is ruled by the lovely, romantic planet Venus, this sign has several other dimensions.

For the next 4 weeks, we can tap into all that muscle and determination so that we solidify and complete the projects started during the high energy of the Aries Sun. Earthy Taurus may be practical and dependable, but its also, sensual, a lover of beauty, good food and luxury. Under the influence of a Taurus Sun, watch out for a tendency to be overcautious – don’t miss out on opportunities due to fear. However, optimism should abound due to the transit of “Lucky” planet Jupiter in Taurus until June 12, 2012. True, some things are just too good to be true – so pay attention to “bigger is better” or “can’t lose”, over the top scenarios that Jupiter loves so much.
