Beginning Friday December 27, 2013, until Sunday, the Moon is solidly in the middle of Scorpio drama, intensity and determination. Anything you want to find out? Search for anyone, uncover a mystery? The Scorpio Moon provides the determination and energy to discover and handle truths. Secrets are not safe from this Pluto ruled Water sign. No hiding allowed. This can be great for scoping out sales or just corralling a significant other into a secret rendezvous. Regardless, Scorpio’s passion and Water sign emotions can be put to good use.

On October 22, Pacific Time, and October 23, 2013, Eastern Time, the Sun moved into Scorpio the 8^th sign of the Zodiac. It brings intensity and deep feelings and can take partnerships to new sensual, sizzling heights.

With its traditional planet ruler Mars (energy and aggression) and its co ruler Pluto, (power and transformation) any superficial skimming of the surface just won’t do. Save the relationship “lite” for another time. Although, being too passionate and emotional may cause us to get wrapped up in life’s drama and then discover that the resulting “overwhelm” does not quite match the situation. Nothing wrong with using an internal pause button when dealing with friends and loved ones to give us a chance to think, rather than just react.

Mercury, communication planet, will be transiting Scorpio (including its 3 week Retrograde period) until December 5, 2013. Saturn, planet of discipline, perseverance, and boundaries, will be visiting Scorpio until December 2014. The demand for the “real”, in conversation and action, goes up a few notches.

Friday and Saturday, it will be in charming Libra. Sunday afternoon, thru Tuesday, we’ve got intense Scorpio. Air sign Libra and Water sign Scorpio are very different in their influences on us, however, squeeze the positive out of each, even though the “tone” of the day will change. Variety can be a good thing.

Smile seductively this weekend as Friday afternoon April 6, 2012, heralds the Full Moon in lovely Libra, the relationship focused, Venus ruled 7^th sign of the Zodiac, to be followed by seriously scorching Scorpio on Saturday and Sunday. Charisma and heat – the possibilities are endless. 

Libra can make us more cooperative, social and elegant with an urge to beautify –people, places, things. We want to tune out/tone down any negative, angry voices in the universe or in our heads and get along- charm and beauty are always good antidotes.
