Lights! Camera! Action! – Full Moon in Leo!

A dramatic, fun, open and generous Leo Moon sets the tone for any weekend festivities, whether they be planned or unplanned. Exciting “look at me” melodrama is always possible with the fiery 5th sign of the Zodiac and since the Lunar orb is also in its “Full” phase, lit by its opposite Sun in Aquarius, fireworks are possible. Gemini in Full Moon / Lunar Eclipse Mode 11/28/12

It’s ruler Mercury, the Communications planet, is finally out of Retrograde motion as of 11/26 and both a Full Moon and a Lunar Eclipse occur in Air sign Gemini on Wednesday = powerful. The possibilities of clear, meaningful verbal and written exchanges while the Moon is in the third sign of the Zodiac are always with us, but with “Full” / Eclipse energy, even more so.

What do you need to say? What do you need to write?  With Gemini, interaction can be smart and clever, but now while the Luminaries are opposite each other – light from the Sagittarius Sun reflected on the Gemini Moon – it can also be purposeful, powerful and precise. Lunar Eclipses often make us rush (an urge to finish/complete) whether the urgency is real or imagined.  Take your time when finalizing communications or signing contracts. Full Blue Moon in Pisces This Weekend

The “Full” phase of the Moon intensifies the characteristics of the Astrology sign it’s in. When the Moon is Full in Watery Pisces, the last sign of the Zodiac, expect: emotion, creativity, hazy reality. Friday August 31, 2012, is the 2nd Full Moon for this month. A rare occurrence, it only happens every 2 years or so – it’s referred to as “Blue”. (You know that expression – “once in a blue Moon”.)

However, back to Pisces – stay focused, be discerning. If things seem a little vague, you may want to delay any decision making or signing of documents. To Be A VIP – Full Moon in Capricorn 7/3/12

On Tuesday, the Sun is in Cancer and the Moon is lit up with reflected light in its opposite sign, Capricorn– it’s all about status, authority and work. Saturn ruled Capricorn has ambitious yearnings. The agenda involves managing career, creating success (whatever that means to you) and reaching a pinnacle. Are your business strategies, actions producing results? A Full Moon in Earthy, grounded Capricorn is a good time to think about it.

However, remember that if there are any radical changes that need to be handled, wait until the Moon Phase is “New” on July 18 Pacific /July 19th Eastern. (A New Moon works well for start ups.)

Full Moon Sagittarius – Bigger is Better!

There is nothing to fear when the Moon saunters into Sagittarius early on Monday, June 4, 2012.  It will be at the “Full” phase, dramatically lit by the Gemini Sun, but rather than conjuring up any of those werewolf-like scenarios, it’s a time to look for results. We start to see the end product of any ideas/efforts we began at the time of the last New Moon. 

Optimistic, jovial, ”let’s have an adventure” Fire sign Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the “Lucky” planet. We should feel energetic, enjoy a sense that “of course good things can happen” and have a willingness to believe in miracles – which can come in handy when edging a difficult project toward fruition. (We can really have fun with this 😆 )

Scorpio Full Moon – Go Passionate, Go Deep!

Beginning Friday evening, we will be under the influence of a powerful, determined Scorpio Moon. Things get even more intense this weekend as the Lunar orb goes into its “Full” phase on Saturday night, May 5, 2012.  The 8th sign of the Zodiac is a sensual, sensitive Water sign and the force of the Full Moon can distill all of its passion into a cauldron of “feelings”. Tuck in all exposed nerves. Pause before responding to slights or barbs, (real or imaginary). The comment or action that brought you to either anger or tears may not have been as snarky as imagined. Instead, use that Scorpio sizzle and passion to rock someone’s world in a delightful way. 

Scorpio pushes us to focus on money matters that may involve others. Are there any financial issues that need to be cleared or settled– taxes, business ventures? During a Full Moon, gauge what has been accomplished so far and move to finalize, complete tasks in the next few weeks. (Sort of a”what have I done?” and “what’s next”.)

Get ready for your close up on Tuesday February 7, 2012. Full Moon’s intensify the traits of the sign it is visiting and with Sun ruled Leo, (its Zodiac symbol is the Lion /King of the jungle) we feel generous, creative and melodramatic (great for actors) – theatrics can rule, just remember that it’s not all about you.

Instead, wear some regal purple, aim for lots of generosity of spirit and fun mixed in with a little bit of showing off. Fire sign Leo wants us to be active, upbeat, and magnanimous, as we use this “Full” Lunar phase to wrap things up and finish projects begun at the time of the New Moon. Full Moon in Cancer – Family, Friends, Food!

Sunday and Monday, January 8 and 9, 2012, the Moon is in home loving, nurturing Cancer. The Sun is in the opposite sign of Capricorn, until the 20th, and when the luminaries are facing each other, the Moon will be lit in “Full” phase. The Moon rules water sign Cancer and its caring, emotional, moody traits are pushed to the forefront. You can have fun checking in with friends and family you might have missed during the holidays. Gemini Weekend: Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse – Words Rule!

The Moon is in the versatile 3rd sign of the Zodiac Gemini on Friday, however, its flexibility and people person traits are intensified early on Saturday December 10, 2011 due to the Moon’s Full phase and Eclipse in the same sign. Possibilities of clear, meaningful verbal / written exchanges with the Mercury ruled Air sign are always with us, but with “Full” and Eclipse energy, even more so.
